Paul and Rudy are a fantastic, absolutely dynamic duo! We have reached out to them on numerous occasions to which they are very responsive, knowledgeable and always approachable. Paul has completed multiple jobs on our property including running to the rescue when we lost power. He came out within 1 hour, fixed the problem (as well as explained to me what had gone wrong, rather than just acting as if it was over my head!). He is always reliable, professional and so very thorough. He does not leave until the job is completed to a high standard with impressive precision. He has installed multiple TV's for us (perfectly hung, to the millimetre) as well as installed our security cameras and doorbell. Paul is absolutely the most genuine tradesperson I’ve ever used. He is polite, punctual and precise with everything he does. Any electrician can change a power outlet but Paul has really solved some extremely difficult problems we have had with our new home which other electricians either refused to do or quoted an astronomical amount. He has a genuine care to do things to the absolute best of his ability and always makes a point to provide the customer opportunities to contact him with any issues, almost to the point where it’s like he’s just completed work on his own home! You’re missing an opportunity if you don’t get Paul out for a quote, he is always forthcoming with price and information which is one of the main reasons we always use him for any work needed.
